Med Stainless Steel Gate Valves are engineered and manufactured to guarantee volatile organic compound (VOC) leakage below 100 parts per million (ppm). Comprehensive baseline laboratory tests, including static and cyclic testing, have been conducted to define the critical design parameters required for low-emission sealing performance at both the stem packing seal and bonnet gasket seal areas. A standardized in-house testing procedure has been established and implemented periodically to verify that all standard product designs and manufacturing specifications consistently ensure the Med Stainless Steel Gate Valves achieve a maximum VOC leakage of 100 ppm before factory shipment.
