1 Introduction
ACR 401 is a general purpose processing aid based on medium-high molecular weight. It is a acrylic copolymer that improves the processability and the performances of rigid PVC formulations. ACR 401 is also extremely cost-effective, requiring only very low addition levels for high-quality results.
2 Performance
1) Promotes faster fusion, increases melt strength, enhances extensibility and improves melt homogeneity of the compounds.
2) Increases the surface quality of PVC products. Offering excellent wall-thickness control and good thermoforming capabilities
3 Application
ACR 401 is an excellent general purpose processing aid that promotes a wide processing window providing the flexibility to limit the number of processing aids for various applications. Such as PVC Sheets, Pipes, Fittings, Window Profiles, Fences, Siding and so on.
4 Physicochemical Properties
ACR 401 is White free-flowing powder, bulk density:0.40-0.50g/cm3, can not be dissolved in water and ethanol, can be dissolved in chloroform and methyl ethyl ketone.

Packaged in airproof plastic bag, then in woven bags with quality certificate, the outside of bags is marked with brand, company name, net weight of products, lot identification mark .Avoid insolation , moist.
Stored in cool and draughty place, shelf life: one year.
